Research career The Institute of Geomatics, a high quality research centre in greater Barcelona, offers career opportunities in basic and applied geomatics research.

There is an ongoing search process for candidates in Geomatics, Geodesy, Navigation, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Interferometric SAR, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Engineering, Physics, Mathematics and similar areas for research projects, predoctoral and post-doctoral projects.

The IG also offers training scholarships for research staff (doctorate program) to promising candidates within its PhD Fellowship Program.
